Is the Stella Card a credit or debit card?
- Stella Card is a VISA Credit Card, but each card starts with an initial credit limit of zero. To increase your limit, you need to build and accumulate your credit history by actively using the card.
Where is Stella Card accepted?
- Stella Card is accepted anywhere VISA® Cards are accepted, at over 40M+ merchants worldwide.
How can I increase the credit limit of my card?
- Deposit your cryptocurrencies and exchange them to increase the credit limit of your card.
What happens if my payment gets refunded?
- The Stella Card is denominated in base currency, the base currency is determined when you apply for the card, and all related transactions are processed in base currency. Therefore, refunds of any kind will always be credited in base currency. Currently the base currency supported by our card is USD. In the future, our card will support base currency denomination of more types of currencies.
Are there any fees?
- Information about fees and limits (i.e. free ATM withdrawals, interbank exchange rates, top-ups, etc.) can be found in the Stella Pay App.
